Benicia Special Needs Homes

California has moved away from regional institutions and towards community-based housing for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.  To serve the special needs of these adults, BENICIA SPECIAL NEEDS HOMES is raising tax-deductible funds to acquire, maintain, and support single-story homes in Benicia.

Benicia has 0% of properties with moderate or higher wildfire risk.*

The North Bay Regional Center will fund and coordinate Supported Living Services (SLS) for these adults with special needs to live independently in the BSNH home.
